Flies are a deceptively serious pest. As they move between garbage, decaying matter, and your kitchen counters, they can mechanically transfer bacteria onto food and surfaces — a real concern in homes and a critical one for any food-related business. And because flies breed in moist organic material, a steady indoor fly problem almost always points to a hidden breeding source nearby.

Swatting and fly spray only treat the symptom. Lasting control comes from finding and eliminating the source — whether that's a drain harboring drain flies, decaying material outdoors, an overlooked garbage area, or an animal carcass in a wall void. We identify the fly species, trace it to its origin, and combine source elimination with treatment and exclusion.

Common types we treat in South Florida

• House flies. Breed in garbage, decaying organic matter, and animal waste; enter through open doors and gaps. Controlled by sanitation, source removal, and exclusion.
• Fruit flies. Drawn to ripe and fermenting produce, drains, and recycling. Eliminated by removing breeding material and treating affected drains.
• Drain flies. Breed in the organic film inside slow or unused drains. Controlled by cleaning and treating the drains where larvae develop.
• Blow / bottle flies. Metallic flies that breed in decaying matter or animal carcasses — a sudden indoor swarm can signal a dead animal in a wall or attic.
